Ingrid (‘23) graduated from the Computer Science department at HMC with a strong interest in physics, and went on to be a first-year graduate student at the MIT MERS lab. As a member of the biomaterials team in PoSM Lab, she worked to improve existing mathematical models of mantis shrimp strikes for a better understanding of the physics involved in animals of small scales.
