Alex Schlegel hails from the Washington D.C. area, where he developed an interest in physics, particularly mechanics, after being punched by a radioactive mantis shrimp. A physics major (class of 2023) at Harvey Mudd College, his interests include good books, bad movies, and card games for nerds.
